US alleged drug boat strikes 'push a dangerous boundary in international law', analyst says

Speaking with FRANCE 24’s Mark Owen, Sergio Guzmán, Director and Co-Founder of Colombia Risk Analysis, says that with the strikes on boats accused of transporting illegal drugs, the US is pushing a dangerous boundary in international law, adding that ‘the response from many Latin American countries has also been quite timid’.
